This article describes what a Collection is and its features in Postwire.

Information

Many users have documents, images, videos, and web links they want to re-use for sharing on different Pages with different people. You can store these Content Items for easy access in a Collection in your Library. A Collection is a container for organizing your Content Items. Typically you create a Collection to organize Content Items you share frequently.

Loading your Content Items into a Postwire Collection in your Library once, allows you to quickly share the entire Collection or individual Content Items in it over and over again on any Pages you make.

A benefit of sharing an entire Collection on a Page is that any updates made to the Collection will be reflected on all Pages where the Collection resides.

For example, we share a Getting Started Collection with new Postwire users. Whenever new tutorials are added to this Collection in our Library, all Postwire users see them in the Getting Started Collection posted on their Pages.
