Overview

Pages are the centerpiece of Postwire. You create a Postwire Page to share information with your clients, prospects, customers or patients. Pages are personal for a particular contact or contacts. 

In this article, you will learn the different parts of a Postwire Page and the things you can do in it.

Information

There are three parts or sections to a Page: Content, Profile, and Comment.

• The main act on a Page is the Content you share - documents, videos, photos, and web links.
  • Each Content Item is displayed on the page with a thumbnail image and descriptor text.
  • Simply click on the image or text to view the Content Item. You can also add a Collection - a grouping of Content Items - to the Page.
     
• The Profile section lets you share a bit of information about you.   
   
• The Comment section is where you can exchange short comments, questions or thoughts. 

Some additional notes on Postwire Pages:

• Postwire monitors all viewing of the Page.
  • As the creator, you will be notified whenever anyone views the Page.
  • You will also be informed about what they are reading!
     
• Postwire Pages are private.
  • The content you share can only be viewed and commented on by you and the people you invite to share it.
  • You can invite one other person to share the Page or several people. 
     
• At any point in the future, you can add more content and comments to the Page.
  • Of course, that is one of the big benefits of the Page - one organized place for everything you share. No more hunting through email threads looking for attachments!
     
• You can also invite new people to share the same Page.
  • They will join everyone else in seeing the content and all of the comments to date.
  • Displayed on each Page is a list of everyone the Page is shared with.
     
• Postwire Pages create a constant connection between you and your contact.
  • When that prospect who has gone quiet is ready to engage again, you will know it because you will get a notification that they viewed the Page!
     
• No worries - at any point you can remove a contact from the Page.
