Overview

The Infinite Window effect (Hall of mirrors) happens when you share your entire screen and Sococo is in the foreground, this means that the screen sharing Sococo is sharing itself all over again creating an infinite loop. This article lists the steps to stop this infinite loop.

Information

Depending on the way you are viewing the share, you need to perform either of the following instructions:

• You can click on the close button if it is the Only screen view:

  

• Or, you can click on the Map view button, if you are in the Team view.

  

  • This will return the view to the Map View, fix the issue and you can continue presenting.
