Prerequisites

• To request the update, the user must have administrative privileges.

Information

Sococo uses a third-party platform for billing. Even if your organization name has been modified in the Sococo app, it is possible that your organization name is not updated in your invoice. 

If you wish to modify the company name in your invoice, please contact our Success team at success@sococo.com. They will be able to update this information in the billing platform.
