Overview

This article explains how you can use Find on the people view page to search and quickly locate a contact/user (or find a Slack channel if your space is Slack-enabled) across all of the workspaces in your organization.

Process

Locating People

1. Type the name or email address of the person you are looking for in the Find field at the top of your People View.

2. Find returns all matched results, across all workspaces in your organization.

   Note: The names here are used for sample and training purposes only.

   

Finding Slack Channels

If you’re working in a space that is integrated with Slack, you can use Find to search for Slack channels too. Simply enter the slack channel you want to search in the Find field at the top of your People View.

When fewer than five matches are found, they are displayed as one-click action cards. Otherwise, the results are displayed in a filtered list.

Confirmation

Every time you find people/spaces, up to five results will be returned in an action card format.
